Deliveries for Orders are made daily to your agreed location within 48 hours, or upon your selection of Same-Day or Next-Day delivery.

We strive to deliver to any address within the UAE, however in the event that the address is outside of our third-party covered areas, we may have to cancel and refund your order in full.

Your Order will be delivered within the above time frame, however we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery.

We deliver our Products to locations within the UAE. Delivery will be done by a third-party courier service and/or third-party last-mile delivery service.

UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of 15.00 AED and Delivery Fees will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country, location and order value. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Local (UAE) Deliveries

Deliveries made within the UAE, will be made at the selected time and date. In the event that the delivery agent does not get a response from the customer when making the delivery, either by having no answer when knocking/ringing the door bell or by the provided contact number, the delivery will be left at your door.
