At PokéSouq, we've always been committed to making Pokémon TCG accessible to genuine fans and collectors at fair prices. We sell at MSRP because we believe everyone deserves a fair shot — not just those willing to pay scalper prices.

Unfortunately, during our most recent drop, 14 bots and automated scripts were identified running against our store. While we've always had tools in place to discourage this kind of activity, this was the first time a coordinated bot attack caused real damage — disrupting the experience for genuine customers, overwhelming our systems, and triggering an oversell that should never have happened.

This is something we can no longer tolerate, and we refuse to let it happen again.

Introducing FairDrop — Coming Soon

FairDrop is our dedicated app for exclusive and limited drops. Built from the ground up to protect our community, it replaces the first-come first-served website approach with a system designed around fairness, transparency, and verified human customers only.

How it works:

Verified access only. Every customer must verify their identity with a government-issued ID before participating in any drop. No verification, no access. Bots and scripts cannot pass this step.

Secure one-time codes. Every login and every order requires a one-time passcode sent to your verified contact. Multiple layers of verification mean only you can place your order.

Loyalty is rewarded. Customers who regularly shop with us across a wide range of products are prioritised over those who only appear for high-value limited releases. If you've been with us, we see you.

A fair queue for everyone. When a drop opens, every verified customer takes their place in a queue based on their history with us. You'll always know exactly where you stand — your position is visible at all times.

Your turn, your time. When it's your turn, you'll receive a notification and have sufficient time to make your selection without being rushed. No more racing against bots.

Full transparency on stock. If you're further down the queue and stock may not reach you, we'll let you know — so you're never left waiting unnecessarily.

Fraud monitoring throughout. Every order is monitored for suspicious activity before it is fulfilled. Our commitment is that every product reaches a real customer who genuinely wants it.

Drops will continue to be listed on our website, but all reservations and orders for limited releases will be handled exclusively through the FairDrop app.
