Where we deliver

We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE. We don't ship outside the UAE yet — GCC delivery is coming soon.

Delivery charges

Free delivery on orders of AED 99 or more. AED 15 flat rate on orders under AED 99. Charges are always shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

We dispatch orders seven days a week, including weekends.

• Most of the UAE — next day, usually by 10:00 pm.
• Al Ain — one additional day.
• Remote and outlying areas — may take an additional day.

We can guarantee the day, not an exact time.

Express delivery

Express and same-day delivery are not available at the moment.

Keeping you updated

You will get an order confirmation straight away, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your parcel is with our delivery team. Before your parcel goes out, our delivery partner will message you directly so you can tell them how you would like it handled — handed to you in person, left with security, or left at your door.

If you are not available

If our courier cannot reach you, they will re-attempt delivery.

Addresses we cannot reach

We strive to deliver to any address within the UAE. If your address falls outside our delivery partner's covered areas, we may have to cancel and refund your order in full. Please provide your full address along with your contact details to avoid any delivery delay.
