The collection is a continuation of the Start Deck products previously released in the Sun & Moon, Sword & Shield, and Scarlet & Violet Eras. Nine 60-card pre-constructed starter decks focus on each of the nine generations. Each deck is headlined by two Pokémon ex and features Pokémon and Trainer cards themed after the respective generations they are based on, including 2 copies of Professor's Research cards depicting the resident Professor of each generation
