KMC Perfect Hard sleeves are clear sleeves that fit full size cards and still fit into standard size KMC sleeves. These sleeves sleeves are 89 mm x 64 mm - the same size as KMC Perfect Size sleeves - but are twice as thick at .10 mm (they are the same thickness as standard KMC clear sleeves).
