I ordered from PokeSouq for the first time recently and was a bit skeptical at first due to being an online store only with no way to verify the legitimacy of the store or products, however, can confirm this store is legit. There were complications with my first order but this was no fault of the store and more from a delivery perspective due to my residential address, the items were delivered to the incorrect address but I was not aware of this initially, and so I thought the items were lost, I was fully refunded immediately and compensated with additional store credit for the inconvenience. Continuous updates through WhatsApp on the status of my order and extremely responsive customer service. I will continue ordering from PokeSouq.
